The Dorcas Society of Buxton has been serving our community for more than 125 years, providing scholarships, supporting local charitable causes, and preserving one of Buxton's most cherished traditions, the annual Dorcas Festival.

This year, Salmon Falls Country Club and The River Tap & Grill are honored to partner with the Dorcas Society as the Premium Venue Sponsor for the Dorcas Fest Concert featuring The Mallett Brothers Band on Saturday, August 1st.

The stage will be set overlooking the first fairway of Salmon Falls Country Club, where guests can spread out on the lawn, relax, and enjoy live music with the beautiful Saco River as the backdrop. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, gather with family and friends, and experience a Maine summer evening the way it was meant to be.

Guests enjoying the concert from the first fairway will have plenty of great food and beverages available throughout the evening.

Event Guidelines

🌦️ Rain or Shine Event – The show goes on regardless of the weather. 🎟️ All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. 🚫 No outside food or alcoholic beverages are permitted. 🧊 Coolers are permitted but are subject to inspection upon entry. 🚻 Portable restroom facilities will be available for lawn seating guests. 🪑 Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged for general admission guests. 🦟 It's Maine! We recommend bringing bug spray so you can enjoy the evening comfortably. 🚭 No smoking or vaping within the concert seating areas. 🐶 No pets permitted, except trained service animals. 😊 Please be respectful of fellow guests and help us make this a safe, enjoyable evening for everyone.
